Designed for Smyrna's ground, old and new
Built for Marietta’s clay, not against it
Smyrna sits on classic Piedmont terrain that includes broad ridges, sloping uplands, and narrow valleys that drop toward the Chattahoochee. It's the same ground that's made the "Jonquil City" a spring showcase for generations.
It's also one of the fastest-changing inner-ring suburbs in Cobb County. New construction sits next to decades-old lots, which means yards here run the gamut. Some are shaded by mature trees, others freshly cleared and starting from bare clay.
Every plan starts with a walk through your yard: sun patterns, drainage, existing plants worth keeping. From there, we build something that looks intentional in year one and only gets better from there.
