Beautiful yards. Thriving ecosystems.

Native & edible landscape design serving the metro Atlanta area

Beautiful by design. Beneficial by nature.

Beautiful by design. Beneficial by nature.

Reconnect with nature through thoughtful landscape design. Serving the metro Atlanta area, I create yards that are beautiful, personal, and alive, designed to support local insects and wildlife while working with Georgia's climate and soil.

The result? A garden that needs less water, less fertilizer, and less maintenance — and gives back far more than it takes.

My design process

STEP 1

📞 Free Consultation

We'll hop on a 20 minute Zoom or phone call to discuss your goals, vision, and budget.

STEP 2

🏡 Site Visit & Analysis

I'll visit your property to review the existing site conditions and have you give me a tour! I'll ask you questions, such as any drainage concerns, sunlight, rainwater patterns, etc.

STEP 3

✍🏻 Design

From there, I'll draft a full planting layout and we'll refine it together. You'll get one revision to make sure it feels exactly right. This will take around 1 week.

STEP 4

🎉 Finalize

I'll hand you the completed plan and a list of every plant used.

Portrait of Kim, landscape designer

Hi, I'm Kim!

Hi, I'm Kim!

I came to landscape design the way most good things happen — accidentally. After buying my first plant, I fell completely down the rabbit hole and never looked back.

By trade, I'm a product designer, which means I think in systems, layers, and user experience. It turns out those skills translate beautifully to gardens.

But my real education started much earlier. My dad is a horticulturalist, and growing up, he was always the one who could tell you exactly why something was thriving or struggling. That foundation shaped how I see plants: not as decoration, but as living systems worth understanding.

Today I design native and edible gardens that are intentional, beautiful, and built to last, rooted in both design thinking and a genuine love for the land and environment. I am a certified Landscape Designer from Emory University and a member of the Georgia Native Plant Society.
