Site Visit & Analysis
After you decide to move forward, I'll visit your property to review the existing site conditions and have you give me a tour! I'll ask you questions, such as any drainage concerns, sunlight, rainwater patterns, garden styles, etc.
Plant installation pricing, made simple
Every project is designed and installed as one continuous project — installation is simply scheduled for whenever timing works best for you
Installation is scoped separately
Plants, soil amendments, mulch, and a small crew are priced once the final design is approved.
Your design fee counts toward it
The full design fee is deducted from the installation total.
Example: a $5,000 plant installation minus a $450 design fee credit means $4,550 remains due for installation.
