Chamblee sits on gently rolling Piedmont hills and now one of the denser, more walkable pockets between Buford Highway and the Chamblee MARTA line. Small creeks run throughout that feed toward Peachtree Creek and eventually the Chattahoochee.

There are mature trees shading small lots, runoff from tighter development that pools where it never used to, and neighbors close enough to see over the fence. I design around all of it with plant choices that handle shade and wet spots, layouts that solve drainage instead of ignoring it, and native screening that buys privacy without a wall.

Every plan starts with a walk through your yard: sun patterns, drainage, existing plants worth keeping. From there, we build something that looks intentional in year one and only gets better from there.
